Tier Two — Implementation + Ongoing Oversight $3,000–$5,000 per month
Implementation plus monthly legal oversight of AI outputs — the layer most businesses need once the system is live. Includes everything in Tier One, plus: monthly review of flagged high-risk items, ad hoc legal questions the tool surfaces, playbook updates as your business evolves, direct access via email.
Tier Three — Fractional GC Wrapper $6,000–$10,000 per month
A full fractional general counsel function wrapped around your AI system. For brands that need ongoing, proactive legal partnership. Includes everything in Tier Two, plus: proactive commercial advisory, board and leadership support, cross-border AU/NZ coverage, priority access and response times.
A note on software: I recommend tools based on what's right for your business, not on referral arrangements. You license the software directly. My fee covers the legal expertise, system design, and ongoing judgment that makes it work safely.
